My background is in linguistics and translating, and I have a bachelors degree in Slavic Studies from Hunter College.

Built an editorial events page for a luxury lingerie brand's event series — hero section, calendar-style event list, spotlight cards, and a contact form. Used Shopify's block system so non-technical marketers can add or reorder events without touching code, and fixed a cross-month display bug in the timeline with a fallback date field.
Designed and built a responsive, schema-driven section pairing autoplaying video with editorial typography, matching the brand's existing design language. Built for reuse across campaigns, so merchandisers can swap video and copy without a developer.
A Twitter-style feed built to practice full CRUD functionality — creating, rendering, and deleting posts dynamically with vanilla JS.
A dice game built to practice React state and hooks — managing array state, conditional rendering, and win-condition logic.
